Terrible interface taking over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung tv plus app is flaky. It shuts down after awhile playing. The interface when starts on Home Screen changes the input on its own. Very annoying to be in middle of watching a show. And than have to change the channel for the pi cried to come back on

So close, yet...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish i could give a review of my Samsung TV I personally like and would love to tell you why but with the addition of 'helpful reviews should focus on products not on service' (or something close to that) I cannot. If I knew that declining being tracked would disallow me access to other features I probably would have said yes, but my problem was trying to reverse the situation. Your site can't find me and does not recognize my email and name yet i get B day greetings? If I could connect i would love to rectify

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV, amazing video quality and audio. I've been using it for about a year now and zero issues. It reacts to input well, smoothly connects to any device I've had. 10/10 upgrade from my old Samsung tv I bought about 10 years prior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] overall television has worked. picture quality is good. Sound quality is only okay. we have had to add a sound bar frequently loses connection to the internet even though it's hardwired we are streaming only it is quite annoying
