Bad features What a puny and inefficient remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a puny little remote controller that comes with the Samsung TV. Makes it hard when you subscribe to you tube trying to fine different programs and trying to push the tiny buttons on remote, plus it’s unlit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a mix of Sony TV's and Samsung TV's in my house. I now have 9 Samsung TV's in my house. Easy to use, easy to setup and they don't lose my wifi signal. Plus I can connect my headphones to them easily. What's not to like?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that we have multiple Samsung TVs in my house should speak volumes. I don’t even look at different brands. Beautiful picture. Simple to set up. Sound is perfect. Streaming apps work quickly. No slow processor here. Price was excellent. Love the Samsung TV channel.

Sometimes it buffers on certain apps like YouTube and Paramount while TVs in my other room don't. My fiber internet is usually 500MB so not sure why

Good picture not so good user interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is real good but the user interface on the tv is one of the worst I’ve had it really seems like you don’t want your customers to use a Roku box or any external streaming device I guess I should not have gotten a smart tv and maybe saved some money but my old Samsung that I got in 2015 that I no longer have was way easier to use and navigate settings and stuff like that

Great picture in so many ways

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote that came with the TV is the most un-friendly thing there is. I had to purchase another remote and still I need to use one to turn the unit on then the new one to select different feeds etc., the back to the other to turn the unit off. So far, not real excited about this TV even though I've always liked Samsung.
