Everything is good (not exceptional) but the sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I stated, everything is good, except the sound. The speaker is terrible. We had a service man come out to show us what to do to get all the features operating since we have never had a TV that does so many things, and for every question we asked him, he had to CALL SOMEONE on his mobil phone to get the answer. Next time, I guess we will have to get help from our neighbors who own Smart TVs.

Good starter TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was a replacement TV for another Samsung tv that broke after 2 years. It's an entry level tv. I will say the picture quality is good but the software and speed is very slow and is frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Flaky Bluetooh audio output

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 85" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV has a nice vibrant picture but the Bluetooth audio output is flaky. A couple of months ago the audio become garbled or distorted from both TX channels. I turned off the Bluetooth option then tried it again about a week later and it worked fine for about 2 months recently the Bluetooth failed again and has not returned to an operational state which is disappointing to say the least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
