Exceeding expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very fair price for a top quality product Brightness of picture. Marked picture contrast with a a vibrant and responsive change in picture colors. I was upscaling from a older HD and my new television exceeded expectations

Problem with volume control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I have enjoyed this television. It has a beautiful picture still I have a problem with the volume control. I can either have the volume at the lowest level or mute. I cannot raise the volume. I reached out to the Samsung support personnel via the net and the result was they referred me to a site with professional assistance and the first thing they did was asked for my credit card information. That is a pretty foul approach as I should be under the initial warranty but even more I purchased the extended warranty for at least 3 years. So I am extremely frustrated with this process and company..
I would recommend this to a friend!
