Horrible picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its glitches and lags when I play my Xbox. As I watch action movies like transformers. The pixels aren’t sharp at all. It’s glitching so bad. I can’t even watch the movies anymore. I wish I never bought this tv. I shouldn’t have listened to. My friend and paid for a Vizio. My first experience with the Crystal UHD is horrible. The picture is cloudy when I watch shows. The picture shifts constantly. I can see the pixels are choppy. The shading is very pixelated and noticeable. When I play GTA5 the tv can’t even keep up. The contrast is so bad I can’t watch action movies. Brightness shades aren’t shading properly. Upscale is really blotchy

Overall a good TV but no optical audio port

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not have an optical audio port for my Bose sound bar. I try to use bluetooth to connect the sound bar to the TV but the sound is very low and does not sync with the TV picture.
Also the remote is too small.

Just a little hesitant since first smart tv we bought not to good went out not even a year, but don't worry was not a Samsung. But so far good. My husband was amazed at how good the picture quality is.
