[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is as it should be. Picture is good but not spectacular. Price was right. The Sound is okay but not Great. A lot of times when I first turn it on and ask for an app right away it tells me the connection is not there. When it is but takes a little minute to get it.

Good picture but lack of sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do love the great picture on the tv, but the sound is way under par even set to amplified. I had to put a Bluetooth sound bar on just to hear most of the sound on movies we watch. And even with it sometimes it's still not enough. I am looking into a bigger sound system to see if that helps the sound. That and the stupid remote (too complicated to use) are the two bad points I see with the TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the brightness is very good problems with contrast . responses to the remote is good I'm not sure what upscaling is but the picture is very vibrant . nothing further . what is upscaling .
