[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung delivers yet ANOTHER amazing product! The 55" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV has an AMAZING picture quality; it feels as though you are literally ON the scene as the show you are watching is being filmed!
Connecting to services, wifi, devices etc are the easiest, even for those with little to no experience with computers and electronics!
If ypu are looking for a high quality, responsive TV, Samsung makes your decision easy and CRYSTAL clear! I highly recommend this item!

Finally recorded the problems.to prove to them that there is a problem. now waiting on a tech to see what he says…again. Not worth buying. My opinion would not recommend. Purchased in June 2026 nothing but issues after issues,

Decent tv but they took away basic tv features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall its a perfectly good tv but who was the one who decided tv remotes don't need an input button. Its a basic function for a tv and i need to scroll though all available apps to get to the input i want and i really wanted just the basic and 1 input and its often stuck at the end. And the physical power button is difficult to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung, a no-go with YouTube TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Smart TV's both a 2019 and a 2025 models responsiveness are nearly impossible and frustrating when paired with YouTube TV. Also, the "Smart" Remote Control is not user friendly at all. There's a retro Universal remote available that's compatible and easy to use.
Once you do eventually get to the desired content, the picture contrast and brightness are excellent.
