[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 85” is amazing! We’ve been very pleased with the picture, sound, refresh rate, brightness, contrast, and it’s smooth. Upscale is great as well. We watch everything from movies to video games..the games are my favorite but overall..it’s all the great Samsung quality I expected when I made this purchase of yet another Samsung tv.

Hard to Operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV screen, picture, brightness and all that is just fine, but the issue I have is the complexity of operating it. To a younger person who is familiar with all the steps you take to watch it, it may not be complex, but for myself, it is! I actually bought the TV for my parents, who are 93 and 94 and it is more difficult than they are able to handle. Since then we have bought an older Samsung TV, and it seems to work better for them.

Good smart TV, software is sluggish at times

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is bright enough. Colors are great. Love the resolution. Software is a bit sluggish specifically when entering settings the first time even if the monitor has been running for some time. Have had issues with the Bluetooth audio, those have mostly been resolved over time with various software updates, but occasionally [maybe once every 1-2 months] still have to unplug the tv to get it to reset and connect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where's the volume numbers?

Fair little smart tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good tv to have in our small guest bedroom. Brightness and color saturation are typically good in Samsungs. The only I had was mounting it with some VESA mounts where the bolts didn’t fit correctly so had to hunt for some loose ones to do the job
