All around great features on a perfect tv

Then, I happen to go through and manually doing everything yourself. The upscaling is so perfect. It makes your average 480 look straight, like 4K. It's just like crazy and the responsiveness. It's an excellent

Not completely reliable quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is a very good product when it’s new, but once something goes wrong, it becomes unreliable.
The picture quality is outstanding. The sound is excellent. I really loved the picture stability and its ability to perform well in very bright environments.
However, after about two years, the first problem appeared: Bluetooth connectivity. Not only did the connection start failing every time I turned on the TV, but the TV’s own sound system also began malfunctioning, making it impossible to turn the volume up or down. To restore this function, I always have to unplug the TV from the power outlet and wait about 10 seconds before plugging it back in.
Then, a few months ago, after about three years of use, the right side of the TV suddenly started overheating. Shortly afterward, the picture on the left side became completely discolored, leaving a large, permanent stain on the screen that has never gone away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great lasting Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been purchasing Samsung TV's for over 10 years. They have not disappointed me yet. Every time I upgrade I just locate the older model in a different location. All 5 are going strong! Brightness and contrast are still amazing.

Great TV for the bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great TV for a bedroom with excellent sound and picture quality. The contrast is sharp with vibrant colors, and the upscaling makes non-4K content and older games look crisp and clear and you can easily adjust the brightness in the settings. It connects nicely to an Xbox One with zero lagging or audio issues. I also love the timer feature, which makes it easy to set a sleep timer and the app that connects to check whether the TV was left on while I'm away from home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the big screen since I upgraded to a 70in. the brightness in the color makes me feel like I am at a theater ,the contrast is awesome very responsive and upscaling this is my first time buying a Samsung television and I am so glad I went with Samsung they will forever have my business thanks Samsung
