Great but weird colors

Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV! It was so easy to setup. I literally connected the power and it started right up, and walked me through the whole setup process. The sound quality is excellent as well. It comes through crisp and clear. The graphics are great too. The movies and shows I played were clear and crisp. The remote was super easy to connect as well. I just popped in the batteries and it connected. I also tried the mobile app, and that was super smooth. Usually, I have a hard time getting things to connect, but this was a breeze. I am loving it! I would highly recommend it.

Disappointed in Samsung

The color and clarity of this television is 5 stars. The remote and lack of apps are terrible. If you have Filo tv app, it is not available for Samsung tv. I connected my Roku software pad to get more apps. Samsung needs to expand the amounts of apps available to the public. The remote is not well designed. The remote is too small, you have to push the volume or channel button up with your fingernail. The next time I purchase a television. I will buy Roku 4K Television. The remote is bigger, buttons are easier to push. I have not purchased a Samsung television in 11 years. This will be my last purchase. The volume is okay compared to Roku 4K television.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV, some lags

The picture is great and I like how it automatically switches the viewing mode depending on how the shows are recorded. The built in gaming feature where we can pair our Xbox Controller to the TV is amazing.
Really the only issue with the TV after about a year of owning is a lag opening some aps and requires a hard reset. I also wish that the last used app wouldn't just automatically open from the home page, I turn on the TV and as I'm scrolling to let's say Hulu the TV will automatically open HBO Max as it was the last app used and I'll have to close out and then scroll to the Hulu app

Amazing Features

I am not going to lie, up until recently I was a diehard LG Fanboy. I think I have been fully converted to Samsung. This Class Crystal UHD display is excellent and exceeds the quality of our previous LG Smart TV that claimed to posses an ultra HDTV display. Whatever it was the picture was nearly impossible to watch during the day time due to excessive darkness. This Samsung class crystal has a picture that's visible on the most sunny days you could imagine! The start up from unboxing to watching TV is a matter of minutes not hours as long as you possess the most basic knowledge of Smartphones and TVs it basically sets itself up for you. Only had it for about a week now and I'm still discovering new and amazing Lil'features and perks especially after linking it to my Galaxy S24 Ultra.
I would recommend this to a friend!
