Thank you for reaching out to us. Please know that Britbox and Acorn TV apps are both available for download through the built-in app store on your TV.
To download apps please follow the below instructions:
1. From the Home screen, navigate to Apps and then select the desired app.
2. You can also select Search on the left side of the screen to search for a specific app if you can’t find the app you want. Enter the name of the app you’d like to search for, then select it when it appears.
3. Select Install. When the installation is complete, the Open menu appears.
4. Select Open to run the app immediately.

Not a bad purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a little over a week ago and so far it was a good purchase. The picture quality is great, there's a small bit of lag in responsiveness but nothing i can't deal with. The only major down side is some of the apps I use aren't available in their app store. If course that's probably sure to the niche programming language they need to be made in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid TV for price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just so you know I purchased one then ended up purchasing 2 more so I have a total of 3 65in TVs. Clarity, colors, software, compatibility, design all lead me to purchase the additions televisions. Perfect size and seamless integration with Samsung and apple are huge pros. Thinking of buying 4 more to create one screen for my living room.
