Very nice tv! Good price for the quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how light it is for the size! I never would've thought that a 65" tv could be so light! I love the picture options and how you can customize the picture! The price wasn't bad, either..I like the sound options and how easy it is to hook up to Bluetooth and other devices. I can't help but to appreciate the durability aspect when I compare it to other tvs when I went to purchase this one..Samsung tvs are known to be one of the most durable and reliable brands of not the most. I'm happy about my choice!

Quality picture, often slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this tv looks really good. I've had no complaints with the picture quality. The main reason I have to give it 3 stars is because of the poor software. It's frequently very slow to load and has been pretty much ever since I bought it. And in addition to that, it frequently turns on randomly with no explanation. At this point, I've got a lot of use out of it and it's been mostly worthwhile... just can be very frustrating at times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s unfortunate to hear your U8000F TV is turning off by itself while you're streaming apps. Please try resetting your TV's Smart Hub, as this should resolve the power off issue.
Go to: Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.

Will never not buy a samsung TV.

I questioned if there was even a TV in the box! Remote is a little different but you get used to it. Sound , picture is great. More app options

But once I got into it it was easy to guide through the color is also amazing including the brightness and resolution. Highly recommended TV.
