Freeze up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has not been the best tv we have ever purchased! The picture freezes too much and as I thought it was our WIFI that we had checked and a new modem it still freezes up and none of our 6 tvs does this!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best TV for your money!

The picture quality is superb, bright and detailed, vibrant colors, and clear motion. The television easily pair with a samsung sound bar to enhance the sound experience. The recharable remote is such a useful device.

Not to complicated to work or function for the product and also I like the complexity design of the Model. And the question and concern I have is the screen is cracked on my television unit and I would like to know how to get it fixed? The Television itself still works. Thank you!!

Great at first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv started out great really snappy and great overall viewing quality. I use it in the basement so the color was great. However the built in speakers seem to be petering out already and the sound quality is not as good as it was, keeping in mind I’ve only had this tv for about 7 or 8 months. It’s already started to slow down it now takes quite a long time to get where I want to be even after keeping on top of updates. Overall probably wouldn’t recommend this as a long term option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tv to be used on our outdoor patio. It's not made to compete with the sun but still works great! Picture quality is exactly what you expect from Samsung. I only use the tv's internal speakers and its plenty loud even with people over.
