[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is great. The remote is a disaster. Every time I turn on the TV, a different method must be used. I never know what will work.

Hi stst,
Thank you for your feedback. If your remote isn’t responding, here are a few quick steps to help determine if it’s working correctly: 1. Check the batteries: Remove the back cover of your remote and replace the batteries with a fresh set, ensuring they are inserted in the correct direction. 2. Test for infrared signal: Point the front of the remote at your smartphone camera. While holding down any button, you should see a flashing light through the camera screen. (For iPhone users, the front-facing camera works best.) If you see the light, your remote is working and may need to be re-paired with your TV. 3. Point the remote correctly: Try pointing the remote directly at the TV from about 5-6 feet away. This can help ensure a clearer signal between the remote and the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television is amazing to say the least. Not only was it a great price but the technology and picture quality is amazing. The brightness is dark or light is amazing. The 4K conversion chip does wonders and the true color technology is amazing as well. The refresh rate is 60 hz so it's great to watch action movies or show. Contrast is always perfect with the technology built in the TV. Also having Knox security is always a win win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best tv I have ever owned. We got the TV and sound bar and it's our center for all entertainment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my new TV the brightness and vibrancy of this greatest awesome the sound amazing I love all the features. The only bad thing I have to say about it is sometimes it’s slow. I don’t know if the system needs updating and also I constantly lose the remote control cause it’s very skinny if it’s gonna be skinny and that easily to lose, we should put a locator on it like a Roku remote where you can find it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm good with the resolution of the 50" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV. I have three Samsung TV's. I have one serious problem with this TV. In my lest of channels I have all the local over the air stations. Also in my list is about six Samsung apps. When I click to watch any of these apps I can no longer scroll up or down as I am no long in my personal list of over the air and apps list I have chosen but am tossed into a list of apps akin to the one I am viewing and can only get back to my personal list by opening Guide and choosing a channel from there. The channel (CH) up-down is no longer in my personal list. Why? I've never experienced this type of failure and cannot find a fix for it. Why? Also, the channel changer is not as convenient as the previous one and use my old channel changer instead. And, this matters not which manufacturer but all channel controls seem to slip or tilt or slide in the hand. Why? Thanks for your time.
