Thank you for your feedback on the sound quality of your Samsung U8000F TV. First, ensure your TV is running the latest firmware: Home > Settings > Support > Software Update
To improve your sound, try different Sound Modes (Standard, Optimized, Amplify), or fine-tune your setup in Expert Settings under: Settings > All Settings > Sound
Samsung Q- and S-Series Soundbars with Q-Symphony can also pair with your TV for enhanced audio.
For further help adjusting your sound settings or finding the right soundbar for your space, feel free to reach Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun) or visit the Support link on our website.

Resolution is picture perfect. The contrast is unmatched. It has very vivid color and brightness. It does have a little slower refresh load up than I prefer but patience is virtue. Overall, this TV gets a 4.5 out of 5 stars from me with improvments needed on volume levels and processing speeds.

Bigger..better...brighter than life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great display, we'll above the price point. Light but durable. User friendly .Adjustable lighting does great in both high sun lit rooms as well being easy on the eyes in low lit rooms / night which means brightness is bright when you need it and not too bright when your eyes need a break. The colors are rich and vibrant and the contrast and resolution are superb. I am a family man who can't spend frivolously on new televisions over and over again due to faulty or shabby electronics, inferior products end up costing me way more than the modest sticker price I had to pay with the Samsung Crystal TV I purchased. Hard earned money well spent and most importantly my family is happy with it and loves it !
