[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the vibrancy of the colors and quality of the resolution is mind blowing, and the refresh rate when playing video games is crazy to see on a TV. The contrast of light and dark colors is amazing and the brightness when your watching movies and show with sunrise and sunset is amazing. Overall I give the TV 5/5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t have the same settings in my tv that I had when I purchased the 65in tv I and I can encrypt my data anymore I don’t know what happened I’m not very happy about that I hope you guys can fix this problem and also I have my tv to where no one can connect to the tv and now that available with out my permission.and volume doesn’t work correctly I have to turn the tv all the way up and I never had to do this before I hope you guys can fix this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use utube for TV service and to get to it after turning on the TV you have to scroll down twice and then scroll right to find utube and select that icon and then select utube and then scroll left and scroll down to utube and select utube again and select utube on the next screen...you have to do all these steps just to watch TV.
Then about once a day or two the TV seems like it resets itself and you have to redo all the above steps.
The TV seems to push the audio towards the wall rather than towards the audience so you have to turn the volume up to get it to bounce off the wall towards the and you can hear the audio in the room on the other side of the wall... speakers need to be directed more towards the room the TV is in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product does NOT have any place to plug in your soundbar no optical, headphone jack, av Jack's nothing very disappointed seeing how this version with the TIZEN tech sucks. It doesn't even have the remote that's a mouse pointer on the TV either very dissapointed. Besides that the picture is good and the DEX is very useful I am just feeling letdown because the one I had bought years ago was way better and had everything they didn't cut any corners
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
