Nice all around TV

The picture is so very clear and sharp, even old black and white movies are unbelievably sharp! When im ready to replace my other TV, it will be a Samsung for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself is beautiful; the quality, the responsiveness, and the design. The only re-occurring issue I keep coming across is connectivity. No matter how many time I reset network settings or run other troubleshooting options, my tv has an issue remaining connected to my wi-fi. I’ve attempted to troubleshoot with my internet provider, but every device seems to be responding well to my connection besides my tv

Bad remote, sad distorted picture and voice match.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of pixel distortion, volume control doesn't work, it changes the channel or brings up settings menu. The voice doesn't match mouth movements after 10 minutes, having me to change channel to resync it. I've tried to work the syncing out numerous times in the settings. Then some of the times it seems like I'm watching an old VHS tape when watching 4k movies, I've tried different settings as well. I've messed around in the settings for the last few months, it seems like a temporary fix for a few hours, but no longer than a day.
I called support 2 days after buying this TV about the remote issue, 3 almost 4 months ago an I'm still waiting on a replacement remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There has to be something really wrong with this tv! It’s so slow! I have to push buttons and it takes a minute to register it. Overall so frustrating and already looking to buy a new one. Too late to have it fixed without paying.
