I love being able to adjust the quality of brightness and contrast as well as it responds very fast to me switching between apps. The picture uniformity while I’m gaming really helps as well as finally upscaling to product quality to see The true difference while gaming.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Smart TV is great, but the remote it comes with is terrible to say the least! It takes a ton of button pushes just to pause. I've tried replacing the batteries and still have issues. Sometimes it works pointing the remote towards the ceiling, but most of the time it doesn't work even if you are aiming right at the TV...
I would recommend this to a friend!

The television is easy to use and set up, has great sound and graphics, and the brightness and contrast are perfect. Very satisfied as always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the TV is great. I find the remote a little hard to use. Too small for older fingers. But the picture is great. This is our 3rd Samsung TV and we now use two as we have one in our bonus room. I don't think we would ever buy another brand again.

Very difficult remotes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and color are good, but honestly, I really struggle with the remotes. Why can't they be simplified?
I feel very frustrated most of the time trying to use the darn things. Whoever designs these remotes apparently has a much higher IQ than the average person, and they don't seem to care about older folks. You have to be very familiar with technology to use the darn things. They truly stress me out. I'd like to give the 4K Smart TV away because it's way too smart for me.
