Good picture but tv freezes up often!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pictures color, brightness, and contrast are excellent. However, due to the fact the TV continually freezes up and has to be unplugged and restarted frequently Causes Us to be unhappy with our purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your U8000F TV’s performance. If you're experiencing freezing or lag in general response time, please try the following steps:
1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.
If you're still noticing performance snags after these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). You can also connect with a LiveChat agent via the ‘Support’ link on our website.

Best TV I've owned yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love the product. Like all Samsung technologies, I love the linking options that are available. Like how my Samsung galaxy phone is connected and linked making options much more easier. I love all of the sound and display options, such as amplified surround sound, different color and contrast options, along with brightness. Depending on your home wifi network, the t.v is very fast responding, with reliable streaming on every app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent device; apps open quickly, and the balance and distribution of brightness and colors ensure excellent image quality—even low-resolution videos look great, and the sound is excellent. I don't know if it's a matter of luck or simply because I take good care of my Samsung devices, but they are durable. I recommend them 100%.

My Samsung UHD 75' TV is great for gaming, the only negative is when power saving mode turns on for the txlv it can cause my video card to not register it properly and it crashes. Other then that I love my tv, the picture is amazing and I've no issues with it during the last year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very amazing video resolution. Brightness is incredible. Very safe and secure. Only problem is the lack of sensitivity for the remote to tv connection. Colors are vibrant. I am disappointed with the screen tearing when connecting my pc to it tho!
