50" disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV made me cry. The ambient features shown on the box are not part of the UI. There is also not an artwork display. The apps are sketchy and don't work properly. Especially netflix. The speakers are on the back of the TV and frankly not good enough. The home and start up screens aren't able to be modified like advertised. The smart things app has no helpful features. It's a huge disappointment and I would not recommend this TV or any samsung TV.
