Excellent Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great TV with excellent picture but software & remote is lacking in my opinion. To change to other attachments such as Roku, it's done by several clicks of remote done through software. My opinion, the remote should have a component button. Sad I have to make several flippen clicks (about five) to get where I want to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has proven to be a very nice tv. Great picture, easy to follow menu. Sound between shows and ads is the same..."my last tv. You couldn't hear the commercials " as the sound automatically went quieter.

Easy to navigate once you learn the remote ( I 'm an old guy so it took me a minute, my son knew instantly)
Came with steaming options built in but also easily connected to other devices.
Only thing I am not satisfied with is the sound which jumps around a lot but that may be an issue with the streaming service or some setting that compensates for room noises that I haven't found yet.

As a long time Samsung phone across phones, TVs, appliances, I was frustrated and disappointed to purchase another Samsung TV advertised as Smart and Alexa enabled only to find it requires me to buy a Samsung sound bar to make Alexa work - shameful Samsung! Marketing should stay in their swim lane and appreciate longterm and loyal customers. Just lost one...
