[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have frequent not requested channel hanges. If I watching cable TV, sometimes the TV will go to Samsung TV. Changing back to cable TV becomes very difficult. Rentering cable TV viA ion does nt always change back to my cable channels. I various methods but return is difficult. Most time power down and restart must be done but this does always work.
I find it very difficult to navigate the Samsung TV to find likeable programs.

Great features just felt sound needed some help

The tv i felt it had to be turned up so far to hear it loudly. connected it,when you turn on the TV the soundbar always comes on first I wish that it wouldn't otherwise the TV a great product
