[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have regretted purchasing this TV from day one. It is very difficult to navigate. We are not able to watch our favorite channels. We subscribe to Prime but cannot access Prime Video. Piece of junk!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint is the remote, was not thought out. You can't just put in the channel number. It takes forever to e to the one you want to get to. Luckily our remote from our old Samsung tv works with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like when I turn on the tv and there are 50 icons on the screen. I also don't like you have to hunt for the last channel you watched. Most of the stuff isn't anything I'm interested in. It would be nice if we could "bookmark" the channels we wanted. I only watch a few channels. Even if I have to "discover" it a thousand times it is not going to change my mind into watching it. Also, the Discovery channel was extremely difficult to add to the channel lineup. I had to search the internet to get an answer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am too used to newer computers and find the TV somewhat slow to respond the pressing of the various buttons. Downward facting speakers make it more difficullt to get good sound quality....for older ears even with hearing aids being used. Good screen quality, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely great product for the price - I use it for my work and gaming monitor, at 4k the sharpness and response is the best. More real estate means more information and data on the screen for work, and a HUGE play screen for PC games. All the other features just add on to the value.
