[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give this rating because after that last update, my apps I used the most were removed, specifically Plex and Tubi, which I found out though aggravation that I could reach (only Tubi) though scrolling with available movies and shows. But which makes this issue even worse is the fact that the remote for this TV will take you to Prime or Netflix for a subscription, showing me that this one done on purpose and will be a factor in my next television purchase

Samsung 4K tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like this tv. It has really good picture quality when viewing slower moving pictures. It does get some motion blur on fast moving images. The audio sounds really good using my Samsung Q symphony sound bar. Only problem is I get some occasional static and glitching in the sound and have to re start the whole system occasionally. I have installed all new high speed hdmi cables but hasn’t resolved the static issue. Kinda wish I went with a little higher up model but overall like this tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The user experience is not easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's too darn complicated! Every time I turn it on, I get the homepage, and have to go through various steps to get to my cable channels. I wish I could program the TV to automatically go to where I want it to when I turn it on. If there is already a way to do this, it's not intuitive enough for an average consumer to figure it out. It also feels like it takes different steps each time I turn on the TV to get to where I want to be. I'll commit to memory what to do, and the next time, that doesn't work, and I have to figure everything out again. It may be considered a "smart TV" because of the supposed easy connection to subscribed channels, but it's not an easy connection for me, and that's all that I care about! Either simplify the homepage or develop more user-friendly instructions on how to set it up.

Not a bad tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] brightness contrast really good being color blind visual good . responsiveness it's actually like a two kind of slow wish there was a better quicker response from remote to TV . no real big opinion on uniformity or upscaling . I will be honest out of all the Samsung TVs I've had and I've had many is probably my least favorite as the usability and user interface are not very functionable. There needs to be an actual settings button on the remote . I would like to see programming set up to where it goes to basic TV first then other options directed from remote .
I would recommend this to a friend!

TV does not sync with sound bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love Samsung and my TV. It was on sell at a very reduced price, so I impulse bought it. The color is great, the clarity is excellent, and it's just big enough for my bedroom without being under/overwhelming. The remote is simple and user (child) friendly. Would recommend Samsung everytime.
