I just set this up at our township hall to keep the building cool for government officials and residents attending meetings. Set up was quite easy.

The unit came packaged well, and seems quality so far. The set up was easy and the instructions are very clear and I’m running the unit and my studio apartment is already cooler.

Set up was relatively easy, everything sealed up properly and most everything needed was included. One note, if you live in a high humidity area like me in the south, you will need to have the included drain hose connected and then run to a collection pan. Really simple and easy and I expect it shouldn't drain too much but we'll see. I am setting this up in a home office in my garage so I'm excited to get it going!!
