Installed it and it ran for 5 minutes and got an error code E2, which is supposed to mean that the water tank is full and you need to empty it. No water came out of port. Support call pushed me off to reply to an email and have heard nothing since. Now I have to figure out how to get this dead weight out of my house. Stay away.

Great unit

The first 2 or 3 days the unit displaced a lot of water, BUT that went away after the excess moisture/humidity was sucked out of the house we moved into. Ever since, we've had no issues and the unit performs wonderfully. Great price, power, reliable.

Really works. A bit bigger than I thought (can't tuck right next to window due to size of the vent hose) but still well worth it!

I have assembled everything, went together quickly and easily. Have not plugged it in and tried it yet as the directions said to fill out warranty first.
