We were unable to use a bonus room upstairs, but thanks to this unit. It is a much more pleasant area in extreme heat of summer.

Broke after 1 month

Air conditioner was great until after ~3 weeks of use, it started making a loud screeching noise due to the belt malfunctioning so the AC portion of the unit was unusable. We could use the fan portion but not the cooling function as was the original purpose for purchase

So far so good. I think a rubber or vinal hose would have made a better drain hose but that's minor.

Except for the port lock being broken upon pulling it out of the box, it seems to work as expected. Won’t really know until we get to use it more.
