Unit works very well and had cold air immediately. Suggestion for directions would be a QR code to scan that is attached to a YouTube video tutorial. The pictures were kind of vague. Please so far!

Just got Airo Comfort portable AC delivered yesterday. Waited 24 hours like the instructions stated and turned it on today. So far so good. We have a large room to cool, so bought the 14000btu unit. I can already tell a difference in the room. I don't expect it to turn the room into a refrigerator, just need it comfortable to hangout in.

One thing that would’ve really helped out on the installation into the window is the size of the vent tube is too big. Because the diameter is so large and the cover plate does not give at least an inch and a half above and below the hole that’s cut out for it. It won’t work on some windows without modification. If the diameter of the vent hose was 2 inches less it would’ve worked fine or if the cover plate would’ve had, at least you know inch inch and a half on the top in the bottom for the install installing it into the window that would’ve been a huge upgrade or sell a kit that can be used for the air conditioner that’s has the taller mounting slide. I guess he would call it so it would work with all windows.
