Works well but ........... ordered a 16k unit

The 14k unit works well but will be returning it for a 16k unit I ordered the other day, i did measure and had the room at just barely over 700sqft but i think our high ceilings come into play even thought we have ceiling fans

Issues with machine within 1 year of purchase

I loved this portable ac unit! So much, i ended up buying a second one and convinced my parents to order this for their home. I like how easy it is to use and how quickly it cools. Having the dehumidifier built in is also great especially being in florida. But there have been some minor to serious hiccups with this unit which started a few months after use.

Its on a/c and lots of water comes out. Too bad its not able to let water drip outside. Too much collects in a bucket I put out at its a pain.

Good cooler, tricky maintenance

I've had this AC unit for about a year now, and it works well most of the time. The lower air intake grill on the back does not come with a dust filter, so the lower cooling fins inside get clogged with dust quicker than the rest. When they get clogged it no longer evaporates away water fast enough and will fill up if you run it for too long, and then it will create a puddle on your floor, even if you have the continuous drain hose connected to an external bucket. The most recent time I cleaned it it did not seem to fix the issue, and the internals are so crammed tight I cannot self diagnose the problem any further
