I purchased this cooler to actually protect an injection pen system (for injections I have to take) during air travel. The last time I flew with it I put the case in my carry on bag, which was put in the cargo hold 4 times over 2 trips to visit family, damaging the injection pen system & having to get a replacement. This Igloo has my Medical Equipment tag already attached & ready for my next trip!! This Boss will NEVER be put in the cargo hold & I know all my medical items inside it will be safe!! Thanks, Igloo!!! ;)
