I opened the box, filled it with 4.5 gallons of hot water, put a bottle of hand soap in it, and took it to a fair. For the first hour, my table was wet - come to find out, the gasket around the spigot was leaking. It was a constant drip from the gasket where the spigot enters the tank. I tried turning, twisting, pushing... etc anything to try to get it to "seat" and stop leaking. Nothing worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works, I wish and I did email that I would have like a spigot you could control volume of water. I would pay more and wish it was an option.
