I love mine! But.....

So i bought my 90's cooler last summer. When it arrived, I absolutely fell in love with it and so happy with my purchase. One thing I noticed immediately, was that the screws attached to the lid seemed very short and it would creak when I would open the lid. Didnt think much of it and then finally used it for the first time. Unfortunately I should have paid closer attention because the screws popped off after the first use and damaged the lid and detached the brackets that attach to the cooler. I was so sad this happened. It didnt even last at all. Now I use it as a pop off lid (which is fine) but I don't like how it looks now that it's defective.
