I love the colors of this in person. What im not happy with is that it is not stable to the ground, the moment i took it out of the package it felt deformed. I dont know if there is customer service available to assist me with this issue

So cute...but so cheap. The lid hinges are just screwed straight into the plastic and started stripping out the first time I opened it. I will probably just remove them before they rip a hole in the lid or cooler. Also forget about sitting on this one, plastic is so flimsy it will not hold a small adult.
