Disappointed, it takes very long to warm something, and a bit bulky to carry around, my older kids and husband for whom I bought them, don't want to use them. Bought 3.

These are great! I have one at work, one at home and I bought some as gifts for friends. I fill it in the morning with whatever I am having for lunch and it's the perfect temperature by noon.

This is an awesome little thing for soups and stews. Takes about an hour for total comfortable heating. But i sit at a desk so im able to plug it in an hour before i want to eat. I love it. No issues so far. Been using it a month or so

I have both this one and the 24 oz. ones for my husband and I. I actually prefer this one - the cheaper one. I like how the cord wraps around and stores neatly in the base. I plug it in at work and whenever I get to have lunch, it's ready. I highly recommend the product! Please re-issue the inserts, I'd like to get a couple more.
