Used it to warm up soup. It heated up perfectly in a couple of hours. Only a couple of things could be improved:
1. The cord is a little hard to rewind back into it's slot (but you can just leave it unwound if you like).
2. The lid is a little hard to screw on... you have to lay it on perfectly for it to catch.

Other than those 2 minor inconveniences, so far the little warmer worked like a charm... and it is so cute! :)

I love being able to finaly eat a hot lunch at work without having to purchase one there in adition to our monthly grocries. The only problem I have with my lunch crock is that the plug will not always stay cliped under the unit when the cord is tucked around the crock. However I am more than willing to put up with this in return for a hot lunch.

I LOVE THIS LITTLE POT! I have't found anything that I can't heat in it! This will be my Christmas gifts for this year! Homemade burritos wrapped in foil..heated to perfection! Healthier too. Think about all the plastics in your microwaved food..well yuck.
Pros: easy to use, no plastic by products leeching in food, easy clean up
Cons: awkward cord storage

I liked this lunch crock so much I bought it for others. I plug it in and it cycles on and off as needed, no stirring required.
Be sure to secure the outer cover tightly. The inner cover pops up after some time to let steam escape.
Note that this is not a three prong appliance if your work requires that.
I bought extra inserts. They are frequently noted as "out of stock" on the website, but they are available periodically. You just need to keep checking the website and then order them when you see they are available.

Received this crockpot to use for lunch during the workday....so far has exceeded my expectations....I would recommend this to anyone who would like a hot lunch without going out for fast food or zapping a meal in a microwave.

It is perfect. I plug it in about an hour and a 1/2 before I am ready to have lunch and then my leftovers are perfect to eat when I am ready! I am really busy at work and this allows me to keep focused on my work by bringing my lunch. I can put slow cook meals or even other leftovers that won't dry out in them to warm up.

Great item, though a little upset

I LOVE my Lunch Crock. I got a black one back when they were first released and used it all the time. A month or so after I got it, it was knocked off the counter and the handle broke off and wasn't able to be fixed. The crock still works just fine but it is far less convenient and when I was told I couldnt get a spare handle for it by the company, I was slightly heartbroken. I use my Lunch Crock far less now because it isn't very easy to carry back and forth, but I still love it. I would love to be able to use it all the time again.
Pros: convenient, cute
Cons: handle breaks easy
