Not what I expected but great customer service.

I bought this little lunch box recently after having returned to work post covid pause in the city. I was super excited as my coworkers all kept raving about it. However after a few times of use my removable containers is showing signs of rust. I'd recommend this product if it wasn't for I'd love the product.
Update****** Part was replaced by crock pot. Great customer service. Happy with the resolution just hope it doesn't happen again!

Hot Lunch for Teacher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this for several years with exceptional consistency. Teachers don't get much time to eat during the school day and this maximizes my time to eat. This year, especially due to the pandemic, it minimizes cross contamination by preventing the need to use the the staff microwave to heat my food. Sadly, the inner lid slipped through the dishwashing rack and melted into the drying burner. Is there any way to purchase more insert tins and inner lids? I would hate to stop using my beloved baby crockpot because it's missing one piece. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I purchased this item about 15 months ago to keep a dip warm during a potluck party. Fast forward and I had to return to teaching in person in September despite the pandemic. I was not leaving my room to use the communal microwave or enter a room where people are unmasked. This is a life saver. I have hot lunch ready daily. So what is the problem? There should be a way to purchase additional inserts. I would use it more often if I did not have to run the dishwasher daily.

Great Food Warmer But...

I just bought this to warm my lunches while I work. The directions say to use the food lid while warming and don't be alarmed if it pops off during warming. Well, although the heating was efficient and the temperature was perfect, the consumer should be told to remove the lid before heating. Now the lid is too small to get a tight seal. Very disappointed, only used this food warmer once, now the convenience of leaving the entire warmer at work and only bringing the food container back and forth is a moot issue. The directions should be adjusted to reflect that the food lid should not be left on during warming.

nonremoving removable pot

I recently purchased the 20 oz crockpot. While I love the convenience of it and how well it keeps food hot, I cannot for the life of me remove the removeable pot from the warmer! I have tried prying the edges with a knife and plugging it in to warm it in case something sticky got under the container, but it won't budge! I've only used it one time. Any suggestions?

Leaky lid

I was so excited to get this as a gift. The first time I used it, it was fine. The second time I used it, I realized that the lid was not as tight fitting as I thought it should be, but I tried it out anyways. Well, I was right. My soup was everywhere. So while it does a great job heating my lunch, it was a mess everywhere.

I got this pot as a gift, and I love the way it looks and intends to work. However, after just ONE use, the inside of the removable container already has brown & rainbow discoloration. Is it still safe to use?
