slight problem with the lid

I recently purchased this and was so excited to have it. One thing I was worried about was the lid that fits in the insert. It was so tight I was afraid of it being hard to get off with the hot food. As it turned out, no problem at all. The problem came after. Since I have used it, that lid doesn't fit tight anymore. This morning I put tomato soup in the container, put the lid on and was on my way. The bag tipped over and the soup leaked through the not so tight lid. Now, not only do I have a soupy mess to clean up, I also have to buy my lunch, which was one of the advantages I was hoping to avoid with this. I'm still trying to figure out how to deal with this, as now I am quite frustrated with it.
Pros: warms food great
Cons: insert lid doesn't fit tight and. leaks if tipped

The lunch crock-pot is a great way to have a hot lunch. It has performed well with leftovers, soup, and mac n cheese. The removeable liner makes for easy clean up and the inner seal lid does a good job preventing spills and leaks. Only drawback to the product is the price, it costs as much as a full size crock-pot and was only available online.
If you prefer a hot lunch and don't have a microwave available this is a great option.

This product is easy to work with and provides me with a hot lunch in about two hours. It fits well on my desk, I plug it in around 9:00 AM and have a hot lunch, ready to go by 11:30 AM. This was a wonderful Christmas present. I do absolutely love it!
Pros: does a great job of heating lunch
Cons: cord is a bit short

this is such a cute item when I show it to people they go "awww". It works very well with two little blips: the rubber cover is hard to get off but when it is heating something up it comes off easily, which is good. And the cord is hard to get back into place in the plug holder in the bottom. it never quite seems to make it around and in. But overall it does what is advertised and is a nice way to have a hot lunch at your desk with your favorite leftovers.

I love my little lunch crock pot. It works perfectly for me. I can plug it in and heat up soup or other homemade lunches. The inside container and lid wash well in the dishwasher. If I could wish for something else, it would be that additional inside containers with lids could be purchased so you could purchase additional ones to have on hand (at work) in case you forget to get the insert out of the dishwasher in the morning so you'll have it at lunch time.
Pros: convient, works great
Cons: additional inserts are not available for purchase

I love this little thing. I can have a hot lunch every day of the week without leaving my desk. I get to work in the morning, plug my leftovers or soup in and by 1100 my lunch is hot and waiting on me. I would like to see a unit with maybe a high/low control and maybe a vent to let the excess moisture escape during heating. Lid tends to be a little drippy when you open. Otherwise, a great little product!

I have only had my crockpot about 2 weeks now and I have used it several times with no issues. I plug it in as soon as I get to work and by the time I am ready to eat my food is perfectly heated. I don't feel that the container is too small... it will hold a full can of soup with no problem. I can't believe I didn't purchae this sooner, it works so much better than trying to reheat my dinner in a microwave.
Pros: convienent and easy to use, easily portable, holds the perfect amount of food, heats thoroughly and evenly

I bought this to carry food to work. I work 3rd shift and it is hard to find something to eat in the middle of the night. Also being diabetic it is imprtant that I eat regularly. I saw this at the store at the VA hospital and started to buy it then and didn't. I regretted not getting this little crock so I went on line and found it and ordered it and 2 extra containers. Have not regretted it for a minute. I fix my supper before I go to bed everyday and just grab it on my way out the door at night. This has also been a wonder on my budget cause I am no longer having to stop and pick up something to eat on my way into work at night.
Pros: money saver
