What a Great Idea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the weather starts to get colder, I am drawn to making comfort food, soups, and casseroles. This cute little Crockpot is great for toting leftovers to work. It's the perfect size for a generous lunch, and as long as it is kept upright, is a spill-proof method of transporting. Heating refrigerated food takes a few minutes and will vary depending upon the density of the food. Stirring helps it to heat faster. The cord conveniently wraps around the bottom of the crockpot when not in use. The removable food container and its lid are dishwasher safe. This great little pot goes to work with me almost every day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This has been a wonderful addition for bringing lunch to work. I love that I can have soups or stews heated up like this and leave the base at work and take the inner pot back and forth. Works great. But, the cord is broken and the design flaw caused sparks today when I plugged it in.

I purchased this and an extra insert over 5 years ago. My husband is a Deputy Sherriff and often it is difficult to leave his post/ shift for food or even find hot food. I also grabbed an inverter so he could warm it in his vehicle. I love it!! The extra crock insert is for double shifts, I put one on ice and he heats it up.
If I may suggest 2 tweaks? One, a longer chord( I love the new ones have a detachable one) and 2 the insert cover be leak proof.
Also, maybe add a chord that plugs into the cigarette lighter?

I used my lunch crock over and over for lunch and absolutely loved it but it stopped working after a year of use! The cord was a little short was always a hassle to wrap around the container!

I bought my first one six years ago. Now I have two warmers with four inner pots. I use one at home to cook my steel cuts over night and the other at work. I can prep several days lunch at one time with my extra pots. It sits on my desk in my classroom and the kids try to guess what's for lunch based on how my classroom smells. I never have to wait in line at the microwave at lunch time. My is the old model with attached cord, but I haven't had any trouble with it. I love it and highly recommend.

I have had my lunch pot for about 3 years. I use about 3 times a week and the little guy has been good to me. I have cooked an extra hamburger on the grill the night before and heated it up for lunch and it was as good as the one I had the night before and still juicy. I keep watching for a sale on them to get a backup in case something happens to it.

I bought one many years ago. Used it at school and other teachers were sold instantly. Everyone has one now. Some teachers went to teach in other school and all their new teachers friends had to get one, too! I should have bought stock in Crock Pit that year! I have replaced mine now, as I used my old one for five years. I have two of the inserts and take a left-over meal everyday. Everything is perfectly heated and tastes great! No standing at the microwave waiting for my turn to heat food. We all love our little Crockpots!

Before I bought this I was using a "coffee heater" to warm or to keep my soups warm. It only worked with soups/liquids/pasta. Burgers etc was not even thought about. Crock Pot allows me to have any of these. I love sausages (hot dogs, brats, metts, Italian) and burgers, etc. I was able to do them. If I am taking it to work I keep the soups in their original container and opening them at work (afraid it may leak). but I keep hamburgers, dogs, spaghetti and others in there. I won't use the word complaint, because it is only a few ounces, but it won't hold a full can of Progressive soup and the Chunky Cambels' is very close to over flowing. But not a big issue, 3 ounces is not a big deal.
