Bad cord design

We have gone through three of them crock pots. Where the cord goes into the pot wears out. The wires become exposed, and the pot shorts out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this a month ago and love how well it heats up. Disappointed that handle is not stable and crockpot swings back and worth when carried. Would be 5 star if the handle was secure. Could spill if lead was taken off when carrying.
