It is really a good lunch box. It can warm food in 45 minutes. I love this. I gave 4* only because, its lid comes with plastic. Something you can consider in the future. Plastics are not good for health. Bejoy

I bought three but one came without a lid. Who should I contact and what should I do?

So handy. I bought 3. They work great. Just make sure you plug it in an hour or 2 before lunch so that your food is nice and hot. Perfect size, easy to clean, and easy to carry. A+++

It definately gets food hot, which is the idea, but be careful opening it because heat makes the inner lid come off causing danger of spills and burns. It's cute and okay to use knowing to carry it carefully but I am disappointed.
The included food grade steel bowl is discoloring and I'm concerned about the metal and possible safety issues. I thoroughly hand cleaned the bowl in hot water and Dawn after I received the Lunch Crock-Pot. After the 1st use of canned soup in the bowl, the bowl has all sorts of odd very noticeable multi colored swirls in it even after washing it with Dawn again. I have various stainless steel pots and pans at home and I've never seen such discoloration in them so I suspect the steel in this Crock-Pot may be leaching chemicals into my food. CrockPot, please let us know if this discoloration is normal and to be expected and please let us know EXACTLY what grade of steel this is other than just stating that this is food grade steel.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Unfortunately, we are unable disclose specific details on the grade of stainless steel used for patent purposes. However, the product, like all of our products, is UL listed for safe home consumption, and we have never had any recalls on our products for anything of this nature. We will forward your feedback to our product development team for review.
