I have warmed up soup and made hot cereal in the warmer. Oatmeal is great but Malt o Meal didn't work as well as I had hoped.

I bought these 3 weeks ago and have been using one at work all week. I hate microwaved food so this is perfect. Heats food while I'm working and ready at lunch. Heats food hot. I just bring inner dish and lid home and leave base and cover at work. Super convienent. The 20 oz size is plenty of food for 1 meal. Love these.
