He keeps the base at his desk and just brings the insert. It's great for leftovers, soups and chili. It's the perfect size to pair with a side salad. Tastier and less expensive than eating fast food.

I thought it would be too small for my big appetite but it actually holds a lot of food. I love that my food stays hot, right to the last bite. I eat while I’m working so it usually takes a while to finish my lunch. It’s very convenient not to have to leave my desk to go reheat my meal in the microwave.
