My inner lid warped after just the first use. Now I cannot transport liquids/soups. I want to leave the outer unit in my office & just travel with the insert, but I need something that's airtight. It would be nice if they developed a more reliable lid since this is an on-the-go product.

Great product. Don't have to wait in line to use the microwave anymore. When you only have a 30 min lunch and use 10 min in line for the microwave. Just plug in in 1 hr or 2 before lunch and ot is warm.
