Broke and can't find replacement parts

Broke and can't find replacement parts. It is plastic, why would you not sell replacement lids or latches for it?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Convenient

Purchased mine around a month ago and everyone that has negative reviews must not like happiness in their lives. I didn't think I would use it as much as I have, I plug it up when I get to work and always have hot food whenever I decide to eat. Stress free, not having to decide what terrible fast food to eat and fighting traffic. This holds enough food for me to eat lunch and then seal it back up and plug it back in to have a mid afternoon snack. the only bad thing about this product is that I didn't buy it sooner. Thank you for such a useful great product!

Disappointed

This was my favorite lunchbox I could put it in during my break and have my food ready by lunch time. It kept my food hot and still have moisture. I’m not a big fan of microwaving food bc it always heats unevenly. Unfortunately somebody in my household lost or threw away the lid because it’s nowhere to be found. But I’m very disappointed that I can’t find a replacement insert with the vacuum sealed lid anywhere so they’re basically forcing me to buy a whole new unit when I just need the container

Good but could be better

I wish it had heating elements on the sides. The top of your food doesn’t get warm enough. Other than that the product is great.

Lid is prone to grow mold

Liquid can get stuck in the empty space of the lid. There’s no way to open it to clean and dry the inside. This can be prone to grow mold.
I wouldn’t be surprised black mold will eventually sputter out the steam hole one of these days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Make a divided dish!

I got this for my lunches and so far it has been great. I also have the smaller one that i use for soups and chili.
One question-Has Crockpot ever thought about the stainless steel insert be a divider? That would make take this unit from GREAT to FANTASTIC

Look, I love this lunch box, but how are they still not selling extra metal dishes for inside yet. I want to meal prep and throw things in the dishwasher after instead of hand washing the dish every day.
