Works but hard to find replacement parts

It was gifted to me a year ago, brand new. It was good at reheating food for lunch in my office, but I lost the rubber vent seal on the top of the lunch box itself, and I cannot find a replacement anywhere.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 6 months ago. It has been fabulous. I am a nurse and do not have to to leave for lunch. This is the only way I get hot food! It makes my work day so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crockpot has been wonderful. My husband works in a partial office, and he’s able to plug it in easily at his desk. I pack him meals like chicken curry with rice or chili, and the size is perfect—just the right amount for a grown man to have a hot, filling lunch. It’s durable, easy to clean, and affordable. It heats evenly, no leaks, no issues at all (unlike some other portable warmers I’ve heard about). His coworkers were even impressed—when he opened it at the lunch table, steam poured out, and now a few of their wives have gotten one for their husbands too.

I’ve had this product a few months now. It can dry out what’s on the bottom but there are ways around that. Most reviews I’ve read people are using it in an office setting but I work out of a Big Truck and the only thing that needs to be added or an additional accessory would be able to plug it directly to a cigarette lighter plug in instead of always having to carry around a small inverter to run it. But it does the job and does it well and if it ever dies on me I would definitely buy another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this crockpot for my husband since he doesn’t always have access to a microwave at work. It’s lightweight, really useful, though I wish it were a bit bigger to hold more food. Easy to reheat anywhere. I was initially told I’d receive one from Influenster, but the campaign was canceled.

My husband is using it for lunches to keep from heating in the microwave. He loves it,easy to use. Just need to be able to purchase additional pans for it.
