Excellent colors. It's located in a room with lots of light and still I can watch from all angles. The kids love to play their video games.

My LG 42" TV is everything we expected. Better than a plasma, no table lamps shinning on the screen. Very good quality from all angles. We just love it!

I use this in my bedroom and cannot believe the pitchure quality, just amazing to say the least. I wished I had gotten one like this for my living room instead of the Plasma one I have, there is no compairison in pitchure quality, the LG is noticeable a better choise. The only drawback I have is that it is not Wi-Fi, too bad, it would have gotten a 5 star across the board if it had.

I bought my 42ld450 TV when I lived in Alaska. I got transfered to Washington State in June 2011. Just after entering Canada the tongue on my trailer bent then broke. Everything I owned including my TV had a very rough ride. I gathered together my stuff and put it on the trailer and drug it down the road to someones house. I had to drive 800 miles round trip to purchase a new trailer. While I was gone it rained and soaked everything, including me while I was loading the new trailer. While loading the trailer I dropped my TV about six feet to the ground. I thought, "Well it's already ruined, with the crash and rain", So I threw it back up on the trailer and forgot about it until I got to my new home. When I got home I decided after a few days to unpack it and see if it still worked. I am glad to say that it works just as good as it did when it was brand new, (maybe even better).

Have owned the 42LD450 since May 2011, no problems setting up and has been flawless since. Only wished it had one more HDMI port. Picture quality is good and is not washed out when viewing from different angles. Very pleased with its good performance and great value.

Had this TV for a little over a year now without any problems. The menus are easy to navigate and it plays well with our receiver and tivo. All around good.
