Slim Sleek and Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time stepping away from bulky processors and desktop computers. The slim and sleek design of the Galaxy Boox 6 Pro is an added bonus, but I chose this laptop because of the quality of the manufacturing and the components. The processing power, USB port selection, and the gorgeous AMOLED screen make this laptop feel luxurious, and capable of doing the job. By only advice, 32GB RAM is mandatory
in my opinion, don't buy a Ferrari and then give it the cheapest gasoline possible. Treat this laptop as a processing powerhouse and enjoy a quality laptop!

Disappointing reliability for a premium laptop

I've been a proud constant user of Samsung products, starting from using the Samsung S4 active and choosing this laptop over main competitors, because I have trusted Samsung's reliability, reputation, and experience with their other products. But after 5 months of regular usage, my screen intermittently flickers with horizontal lines, and apparently it's likely a hardware issue. I have troubleshoot display settings and graphics drivers. I'm spending flagship/premium money for an issue like this to quickly happen? Not even a year has passed. I've potentially got to go without my laptop for weeks once I make my warranty claim? This level of reliability is extremely disappointing.
My non-samsung laptop from 2014 served me incredibly well until 2020 when the battery deteriorated. Still worked properly when plugged in with charger. 5+ years no problem vs. After 5 months of this laptop--- a defective screen issue.
This has seriously damaged my confidence in the quality and long-term reliability of its laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was concerned about the size.
This computer has exceeded my expectations in ability to stay charged even while using multiple apps.
It is incredibly fast and stays connected. It could use additional ports and a number pad but it is by far one of the best I have owned.
I use it for multiple different things including web design and coding. It was a good choice.

It starts up faster than a startled deer, and the way it hooks right up to my Samsung phone is downright slick. You take a picture or scribble a note on your phone, and boom, it's sitting right there on the big screen without tangling up a single wire. Moving between the two is smoother than butter on hot cornbread, and even an old boy like me figured it out in no time flat.
She's feather-light to carry, runs like a scalded dog, and has made getting my work done a whole lot easier. If you already carry a Samsung in your pocket, hooking it up with this machine is about the best decision you can make.

Fantastic laptop for daily work and entertainment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ex excited to try this new Samsung laptop out.Samsung's company's been great, helping me get things moving in the right direction.To start a new chapter in life , very grateful for the opportunity that's been given , and the help they have done in all. Also, trying to help me say safe with the privacy.So won't have any copycats , they've been great trying to get my privacy to the high standards. Thank you samsung.
