Have a lot of these and the ball bearings keep falling out don’t know what to do about that

Wish the seat part was longer as my husband can't sit in in because he is a 6'3 larger man and can't fit in it. I bought it for him as a Christmas gift and he can't use it. Other than than is is great quality and beautiful.
