Tough Blind

I left my blind out after turkey hunting with the plan to return in two days. I knew the wind was supposed to kick up so I used the tie downs and even had a couple of steel posts in a couple of the side loops. Well two days latter when I returned the blind was gone, with just my chair and buddy heater sitting where the blind used to be. Long story short, I found it about 400 yards away behind a barbed wire fence and in the timber. The only damage was a few holes in the camo mesh and 3 missing ground stakes. Love this Thermal blind and will probably buy another one. My previous blind I used was a struggle to set up every time and the windows were hard to get full opened - not this one.

Warm and Dry

Very happy with this ground blind. Stops the wind, and keeps us warm with a Mr. Buddy heater inside. Sealed it before season and have had zero drips inside during some heavy rain storms other than what comes in from the windows. I did have to take a fan inside during bow and early rifle season though. It was a sauna in NE Texas heat and humidity. Clipped a small battery operated lantern on the ceiling to see when it’s all closed up.

I have an older model Brickhouse blind with zipper windows which are easier to use than the slide windows in this blind...the older blind seems sturdier when set up...the hubs seem to stretch the fabric sides more taut...the blind could use additional anchor loops similar to the Brickhouse blind.

Tuff as nails

Bought this blind before last rifle season and love it. It's on the pricey side but if you can't take the cold it's worth the money. With my buddy heater I stayed at least 60° inside and blocked the winds really good.
