This a true, one year of use, not sponsored reviews. If you go above the max line, the milk will overflow, run down the sides and get into very hard to clean components at the bottom. You must wash it immediately after use or layers of milk will bake into the wall. The lining scratches easily, I have been using a plastic, flat edge spatula to scrap off the baked milk and it still gets scratched and looks terrible inside, but I'm not going to buy another one because it still works as it should. You have to dump out the milk almost immediately or the liquid on the bottom will pour out and the froth will stay in. Also, the frith takes about 20 minutes to dissolve into the coffee so if you drink it fast the froth will stick to the side of your cup, so you're never finishing a hot cup with the foam. If you make one cup after another, clean the frother with cold water to lower the temperature because more milk will bake into it and more foam will be produced. My advice to Phillips is to make the device larger with a lining that doesn't scratch easily.

Slightly disappointed but, works

I bought this one bc I specifically hated the cleaning on my last one - the milk never came out completely (due to heating) and eventually all you could smell was sour milk. This one advertised the easy clean insides - NOT TRUE! On the warming setting, you still get 'baked on" milk residue that does NOT come off easily - even with immediate soaking. What a pain. It also wasn't clear how to choose warm vs cold until I checked the website. I'll see if using it cold will help with the residue formation. Awfully glad I didn't pay full price!

Doesn’t last.

Pretty poor that cannot even last more than 2 months. It was loud from the start. Going to try and return but already threw out the box. Not crazy about all the plastic parts. It was a gift for Christmas but not worth the money.

Designer of Baristia 311 deserves Nobel Prize

My Baristina 311 arrived two mornings ago. The removable magnetic whisk is a genius design. So easy to clean the interior of the frother with the whisk removed while the magnetized base and the little cup in the interior lid make replacing the whisk a breeze. As noted in the title, the engineer who came up with this solution deserved the Nobel prize. Quiet performance and makes nice thick froth . I'd give 6 stars if I could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product if you like making your own coffee at home. I like that I can make a froth of my own now. The product fits nicely on my counter or I can put it away in a small cabinet. I would highly recommend this product
